Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of WomenAtlas websites and your registration for WomenAtlas programmes and events. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
Event information and availability
Ticket availability, programme details, speakers, venues and schedules may change where reasonably necessary. We will communicate material event changes through the contact details supplied during registration.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from WomenAtlas. Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for supplying accurate purchaser and individual attendee details.
Transfers, cancellations and refunds
Ticket transfer, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by event and ticket type. Requests must be made in writing to WomenAtlas. Where an event is postponed, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date. Where WomenAtlas cancels an event, affected purchasers will be informed of the available remedy.
Admission and conduct
Each attendee must present a valid ticket or QR code. We may refuse or revoke admission where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, serious misconduct, disruption, or violation of venue requirements.
Photography and recordings
WomenAtlas events may be photographed or recorded for reporting, archival and promotional purposes. Please contact the event team before attendance if you have a specific concern.
Intellectual property
Website content, event materials, trademarks, graphics and recordings belong to WomenAtlas or their respective licensors. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WomenAtlas is not responsible for indirect loss, personal arrangements, travel costs, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
